Walk Schedule
- 8:00 AM: Sign-In Opens (only required for Walkers who have money to turn in and/or are picking up awards)
- 8:00 AM: Star Walker Breakfast opens
- 9:00 AM: Masala Bhangra Dance Warmup
- 9:15 AM : Opening Ceremony Begins
- 10:00 AM: AIDS Walk New York Begins
- 11:30 AM: Finish Line Festival and Paradise Garage Dance Party
- 1:30 PM: Vogue performance by House of Miyake Mugler
- 2:00 PM: Fundraising Total Announcement
Run Schedule
- 7:30 AM: Bag Check Opens
- 8:30 AM: AIDS Walk New York Run Begins
- 9:00 AM: Runner Bag Pick-up Begins
- 11:30 AM: Finish Line Festival and Paradise Garage Dance Party
- 1:30 PM: Vogue performance by House of Miyake Mugler
- 2:00 PM: Fundraising Total Announcement
Transportation
Early Sign-In
Turn in cash or checks and collect your fundraising awards ahead of time!
Early Sign-In is available at GMHC (307 W 38 Street, 4th Floor, 10018) on Tuesday, May 16 and Wednesday, May 17 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Check out the layout of AIDS Walk Village so you will be in the know of where to go when you arrive.
If you are on a Gold Team or your team had 25 registered walkers by Monday, May 8, your team has a Team Meeting Station. See the list of qualifying teams!
